Just upgraded to March 20th, version of client (I believe) and repeatedly trying to update apps and getting "failed to update" Status error code 403.

Just tried updating 7 apps. All come back with the Error 403 message and the updates do not launch.

I am having the exact same problem. It says I have updates for all my Installed apps (even the ones I created myself), but when I try to download them, it gives this error.
Version v46.0.2 (x64)
MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
MacBook Pro 2019 Intel i9

I checked my other software installed just to make sure my virus software isn't blocking it and it is not, so this is probably a internal bug or configuration with the new update. Hopefully they get it fixed soon cause I use this program to organize my programs for work
